What is included when we sign up?

Implementation and onboarding for your modules - data setup, role configuration and guided training - are included with every plan. Scope varies by tier; see Pricing or your order for specifics.

Do you offer custom development?

Bespoke module or integration work can be scoped and quoted as a separate engagement. Tell us what you need and we'll be upfront about whether it's a fit.

Is support included, and what does it cover?

We support the platform itself - deployment, upgrades and defects. Data entered into the system, and decisions made from it, remain your responsibility as the customer. See our Terms of Service for the full boundary.
