What it takes to turn this on

  • Build out categories, attribute definitions and materials before configuring your first product.
  • Define configuration schemas and rule sets with your design lead - this is the foundation everything else configures against.
  • Treat panel optimisation, CAD-grade drawings and full production-package automation as roadmap items, not something to plan a go-live around yet.
  • Talk to us before committing a production timeline to Design Engine outputs - this module is earlier-stage than Sales, HR, Accounting, Inventory and Procurement.

Frequently asked

Can we generate a finished cut list today?

Not yet as an automated, nesting-aware output - that's planned. Material requirements and estimate lines can already be derived from a configured design.

Is the configuration foundation stable enough to build on?

The category, material, component and rule-set foundation is live and in active use. Design projects, calculation runs and production packages built on top of it are in beta - expect them to keep evolving.

When will CAD-grade drawings and 3D output ship?

That's on our roadmap but not scheduled for a specific date yet. We'd rather tell you it's planned than promise a date we can't hold.
