Propulsive ERP is a single platform covering the workflow of a made-to-order furniture and cabinetry manufacturer, from first customer enquiry through to dispatch, invoicing and payroll. Rather than separate tools stitched together, the modules share underlying records - the same customer in CRM shows up on a sales order, the same item in Inventory shows up on a purchase order and a bill of materials.
The modules
- CRM - leads, deal pipeline, contacts, companies, follow-ups, communication and service tickets.
- Sales - estimates, quotations, approvals, sales orders, delivery challans, invoices and receipts.
- HR - employees, attendance, leave, recruitment, performance reviews and payroll.
- Accounting - chart of accounts, journals, period close, bank reconciliation and GST compliance.
- Inventory - item master, warehouses, stock enquiry and price lists.
- Procurement - vendors, purchase indents, purchase orders, goods receipts and vendor bills.
- Design Engine - parametric product and material configuration, the foundation for bills of materials.
- Production - bills of materials, work orders and MRP netting.
- Analytics - dashboards and saved views embedded in each module.
Not every module is at the same maturity
Sales, HR, Inventory and Procurement are fully built and in daily use. CRM’s core pipeline is live, with a few advanced capabilities (AI-assisted scoring, the customer portal) still in a controlled pilot. Design Engine, Production and Analytics have real, working foundations but meaningful parts of what they’ll eventually do are still on the roadmap.
Each product page states this explicitly with an availability status (Available, Beta or Planned) next to every capability, not just a general impression. When in doubt, check the specific product page for the module you’re evaluating rather than assuming from this overview.
Who administers what
A platform-level administrator manages roles, permissions and module-wide settings. Within each module, day-to-day users are scoped by role - a sales rep sees their pipeline and orders, a people manager sees their team’s HR requests, and so on. See Roles & permissions for how that’s structured.
