Before you start
- If you don't see a module you expect, it's most likely a permissions setting - ask your administrator rather than assuming it isn't available.
An administrator creates your account first - there’s no public sign-up. Once your account exists, sign in with the credentials you were given at the platform’s sign-in address for your deployment.
Finding your way around
After signing in, you land on an overview screen for the module you use most, or a general dashboard if you work across several. The main navigation is organised by module - CRM, HR, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Inventory and so on - each with its own sub-menu of the screens inside it (for example, CRM expands into Leads, Deals, Prospect Companies, Contacts, Follow-ups, Appointments and Calendar).
Most modules also have a Setup Wizard entry near the top of their sub-menu. That’s a live-computed checklist of the foundational records the module still needs (roles, categories, a chart of accounts, and so on) - useful even after initial setup, to spot anything left half-configured.
What you’ll see depends on your role
Navigation is permission-driven: a menu item only appears if your role has been granted access to it. Two people signed into the same deployment can see meaningfully different menus. This is deliberate - see Roles & permissions for how access is structured.
If something looks missing
- Check with your administrator whether your role has been granted that module or screen.
- Some capabilities are still in beta or planned and won’t appear in navigation at all until they’re generally available - see each product page for what’s shipped versus what’s coming.
